About US GHG Tax

In the recent years, a Border Tax Adjustment (BTA) in the form of a tax on steel and emissions from outside the US has been proposed. Today however, relevant information and procedures are not yet available in an authorized form to determine the scope and costs of such a tax. Additionally, no federal agency has the capacity to or authority to implements such a tax.
